As a CPB Contractors graduate and as part of The CIMIC Group’s Graduate Program, you’ll get the opportunity to work on world-class complex construction projects across diverse fields.

Running over two years, you’ll have the opportunity to complete two 12-month rotations. Our Graduate Program offers:

Our one-year Fast-Track Graduate program is also available to those who have completed our industry-first Undergraduate Program. Over 12 months, this program taps into the learning that you've already completed and progresses you into a full-time role faster.

CPB Contractors offers a variety of undergraduate opportunities ranging from traineeships and vacation programs to part-time employment and our industry-first Undergraduate Program.

This progressive program offers high-performing university students in their second last year of study the opportunity to practice the theoretical skills they are learning as they complete a two-year program working across CPB Contractors' operations.

Over two years, students work through a flexible (part-time, full-time or combination) program that covers the learning plan of a typical first-year graduate.
