Running over two years, you’ll have the opportunity to complete two 12-month rotations. Our Graduate Program offers:

CPB Contractors offers a variety of undergraduate opportunities ranging from traineeships and vacation programs to part-time employment and our industry-first Undergraduate Program.
This progressive program offers high-performing university students in their second last year of study the opportunity to practice the theoretical skills they are learning as they complete a two-year program working across CPB Contractors' operations.
Over two years, students work through a flexible (part-time, full-time or combination) program that covers the learning plan of a typical first-year graduate.
